There were attempts to establish ferry from India to Sri Lanka but they all failed. So on 17 December I flied from Trivandrum (India) to Colombo (Sri Lanka).
Sri Lanka met me with rain and it was continuously raining in the first two days. From airport I went strait to Kandy without visiting Colombo.
